“This plan has been my first step into fitness and I’ve loved it. The plan is tough but I have found it very rewarding, I feel that I’ve built up muscle all over my body and since starting just over a month ago I’ve lost a stone. Since starting as a member of The Strong Youth Collective I have lost weight which was my first goal for joining, the workouts are good fun and definitely a challenge. I didn’t take a starting weight but all I know is that I already feel a lot more comfortable in my clothes and I know that I am definitely going to improve even further into losing weight. This has definitely encouraged me even more to do my training. Coaches Lily and Ben are brilliant, from posting technique videos, food Fridays, and challenge Tuesday. They are also very helpful in answering questions for us.
